Sofia Sagripanti is the chef and creative founder of Bocca, a plant-based culinary studio which uses food as a tool to spark curiosity and wonder.
Sofia believes the future of food stands in elevating plant-based gastronomy through creativity, design and innovation.
Born in Italy, she has lived and worked in Mexico for the last 3 and half years. She blends her own Mediterranean roots, with Mexican seasonal produce and other cuisines she has come into contact whilst living and cooking on wellness retreats and private clients all over Europe, Costa Rica and the U.S. for the last 7 years.
She has cooked for the likes of Billie Eilish, Christoper Von Uckermann and for other high-profile clients all around the world.
At Bocca she works in collaboration with a team of female creatives whose expertise spans from gastronomy, design, creative direction, table-scaping, photography and more.
Sofia is based in Mexico City, but she works worldwide on location most recently in the U.S and Spain.
